DMB
Yeah, I just went to the concert last night. The first hour and a half we spent was on the road waiting in traffic. I really wanted to see the opening band not because they were good but because Dave personally introduces them to the crowd. Well, with the traffic and the mile and a half walk through the mud filled parking lot, we bearley made it in time to see Dave and the band appear. He started out with Everyday which was cooland then the set went like this:EverydayDream Girl
American Baby
Warehouse
Where Are You Going
Hunger For The Great Light
Ants Marching
#34
Bartender
What Would You Say
Louisiana Bayou
Steady As We Go
Lie In Our Graves
Stand Up
All Along The Watchtower

Too Much
Ok, I knew that they were going to play songs from the new album, which the album I love and then of course a couple of the classsics. Ants Marching and Warehouse are cool but what the hell is up with #34 and then into Bartender. Yeah cool songs but all the ones he could have played. The Stone from the same album as #34 or Greystreet from busted stuff. What the hell! They started playing #34 and everyone sat down. They played The Watchtower which was cool. They came out for the encore and I was pretty excited because I figured it would be some old school stuff. The first song was another new one and then they end with Too Much. Are you freaking kidding me! Too much! Any other song but that. They could have played satelite, stay or leave, dancing nancies... Ok sorry! But in the future, I will never see another show at the Ford Ampitheater. Since everyone around there complains of the noise, the bands have to keep it down. Crazy! The sound sucked. Our seats weren't that good either and I got them the first minute they went on sale. Next year, e are going to West Palm and seeing both shows. I remember how awesome it was when you and me went! Well i am glad you missed the show because you would have been disapointed like me. well I am glad you got back ok. I will chat with you later. John Wa
